1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. Open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Hawaii and Alaska, who are 18 years of age and older at time of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), Family Dollar, Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and each of their respective parents, successors and assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations agencies involved in any way with this Sweepstakes; and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or persons living within the same household of any of such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void in California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Hawaii and Alaska and where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (EDT) on 7/28/09 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on 8/27/09 (the "Promotion Period"). There are two ways to enter; 1) By mail: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime phone number, and mail your entry to: Family Dollar "Suave® Sensible Beauty" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 757, Wilton, CT 06897-0757 (a "Mail-in Entry"). No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 8/27/09 and received by 9/9/09. Limit one (1) Mail-in Entry per envelope. 2) Online: During the Promotion Period visit www.familydollar.com and follow the directions to complete the online entry form (an "Online Entry"). Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on 8/27/09. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address, regardless of the method of entry. If a person submits more than one (1) entry only the first entry received will be entered into the drawing. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Unilever may also send you information, samples or special offers it feels may be of interest to you about Unilever brands or brands from other carefully-selected companies. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, postage due or stolen entries or mail and all such entries will be void. With respect to Online Entries, Released Parties are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Automated methods of online entry are prohibited.

3. PRIZES: On or about 9/16/09, a random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Integrated Marketing Services, an independent judging organization, to award the following prizes: Twenty-five (25) Grand Prizes: a $100 Family Dollar Gift Certificate. One Hundred Fifty (150) First Prizes: a $25 Family Dollar Gift Certificate. Eight Hundred Twenty-five (825) Second Prizes: a $10 Family Dollar Gift Certificate. Eight Hundred Fifty (850) Third Prizes: a $5 Family Dollar Gift Certificate. Gift certificate use is subject to the terms and conditions set by issuer. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. Gift certificate must be used by the expiration date on the certificate. Any unused balance after expiration will be forfeited by prize winner. Winners will be notified by mail. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $18,750.00. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Limit: one (1) prize per person and per household. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted by winner.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute, in whole or in part, prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be shipped directly to the winners. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Unclaimed prize(s) may not be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's agreement and permission for Sponsor, Family Dollar and each of their agencies to use winner's name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in and/or accepting prize Sweepstakes, entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Integrated Marketing Services, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Family Dollar, Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, agents and promotion and advertising agencies, and the employees, directors and officers of each of the foregoing entities ("Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance, or use or misuse of the prize or any product or prize certificate awarded including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes related material. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the United States and by entering you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of New York State.

5. WINNERS LIST: For a list of major prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to be received by 10/31/09 to: Family Dollar "Suave® Sensible Beauty" Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 7276, Wilton, CT 06897-7276. Winners list will be sent after winners have been verified and prizes have been awarded.
